With over 30 years experience in the Construction industry, David trained with a very well regarded regional Developer and Contractor through the late 1980s and 1990s completing special works projects and developments across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. Notable projects included the largest barn conversion in the South of England near Alton, Hampshire and the conversion of an old Bus Depot into luxury offices in Baughurst, Hampshire which included the preservation of the second largest Belfast truss roof system in the world. With over 300 projects now completed including extensions, alterations and refurbishments of many private residences together with individually designed executive homes, David still enjoys the attention to detail that every project, regardless of size, requires.
Andrew is a fully trained decorator by profession and has 40 years Construction & Decorating experience to his credit experienced in all forms of decoration, Andrew is very hands on with quality of finish and execution of final ‘snagging’ and handover. He has a wealth of Construction finishes experience and takes pride in delivering the final finished project to our customers.
Divisional Manager & Estimator
Danny is a qualified Electrician by trade, NICEIC certified, degree qualified and runs our Electrical division – AJM Electrical. He is responsible for all the Company Electrical works – Planning, installation, sign off and certification whilst additionally taking a leading role in tendering and estimating new projects on behalf of AJM Design & Build. He is often the first person our Clients will meet but involved throughout the life of a project right up to handover and certification.
Sales & Marketing Assistant
Nina joined AJM with extensive Sales, Marketing & Customer liaison experience having spent 20 years in a senior role with Bentley Cars. She has a genuine passion and enthusiasm for Construction and even produces her own reclaimed and repurposed furniture as a past time.
With her considerable client facing experience and attention to detail, Nina is instrumental in customer introductions and bringing the business new opportunities and enquiries. Nina is involved with both pre-contract customer enquiries and post contract handover management to the Construction team.
Kerrie joined our team with experience of running her own business within the property sector, and so brought with her a varied understanding of the areas required for this role. She is involved on a daily basis in the management of materials getting to our sites and so ensures the smooth running of the projects guided by our Management Team. Kerrie is tooled with great negotiating skills and customer service which helps to assist her in this challenging and pivotal role in our team.
Nadya is very new to our team having had a break from working life to have a family – she now joins us to administer Payroll and Job Costings duties for the company. She brings with her experience within this field and has had varied roles in the past which enable her to accomplish the tasks in hand. Her role is one of the most important ensuring we all get paid!
